Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within one working day of us receiving cleared payment. Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

How long does delivery take to UK addresses?

  • Royal Mail Standard: Usually delivered in 2-4 working days. Please allow 10 working days.

  • Royal Mail Express: Usually delivered in 1-3 working days. Please allow 10 working days.

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next working day delivery to 99% of UK addresses (for exclusions see Royal Mail Special Delivery Exclusions)

How long does delivery take to addresses outside the UK?

  • International Standard: Usually delivered within 10 working days Please allow 15 working days.

  • International Tracked: Usually delivered within 10 working days. Please allow 15 working days.

How will my order be packaged?

Orders are sent in plain packaging. We are required to display a return address and our company name, which is shown as 'Evotex Trading'.

For UK customers, details of the contents will not be displayed on the package.

For customers outside the UK, we are required to attach a customs declaration to all packages. The contents will be marked as "Clothing" on customs labels.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes. Our products are available for shipping to most countries outside the UK (excluding Canada and the United States). We are required by law to declare the value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. These packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country.

Unfortunately we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and these must be borne by you. The contents of your package will be marked as "Clothing" on customs labels.

Do you offer order tracking for packages?

Yes. Royal Mail Standard, Royal Mail Express and Royal Mail Special Delivery offer tracking to UK addresses. International Tracked offers tracking to addresses outside the UK. These services are tracked through the postal network up to the point of delivery. 

International Standard is not tracked once packages have left the United Kingdom in most cases, however some postal services can offer limited tracking once packages have arrived in the destination country.

Can you mark the customs form on my package as a 'Gift'?

No. We are required by law to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. Packages are marked as 'Sale of Goods' on Customs Forms. Unfortunately we are unable to mark packages as 'Gift'.

Can you mark the customs form on my package with a lower value than the cost of the goods enclosed?

No. We are required by law to declare the correct status, value and contents of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are unable to mark packages with a lower value than the cost of the goods enclosed.

Can I collect my order?

No. Unfortunately orders cannot be collected from us. Please select the required postage service from those shown at checkout.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us unworn, in original condition, with packaging and labels intact, within 30 days of the order date for a refund. Please ensure that returned items are not marked by make up, deodorant or tanning products etc and bottoms have been tried on over existing underwear. Items must be free from pet hair and odours such as perfume, deodorant and smoke. We reserve the right to refuse returns where items have not been sent back in perfect original, resalable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage charges.

We must receive returned items back within 30 days of the order date.

Returns are usually processed within two working days of us receiving items back in original condition. Refunds are sent back to the original payment source.

Exclusions

Hosiery (stockings, tights and bodystockings) cannot be returned unless in original sealed packaging.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative product or size please return the item to us for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not process direct exchanges.

Faulty items

If your item has a manufacturing fault please contact us within 30 days of the order date.

Do you offer extended returns for Christmas?

Yes. Items purchased between 1st November and 24th December can be returned up to 31st January.

Payment

Why is my payment being declined?

There are a few things that you can try which may resolve the issue,

  • Ensure that the billing address entered matches the registered address for the card which is being used.

  • Ensure that all details entered at checkout match those shown on your card.

  • Contact your bank, who may be able to provide further information.

Do you have products in stock?

Yes. All items shown on the website are in stock and available for same day dispatch.

Do you have this item in a different size?

You can find all items which are currently available shown on the website. If you cannot find what you are looking for the item may not be available in a specific size, may be temporarily out of stock or discontinued. Our website is updated regularly, so please check back soon.

Sizes

How accurate is your sizing?

All sizes displayed on the website are those provided by the brand or manufacturer of each product. Size charts and measurements are provided as a guide only. As with all clothing there will be some variation between brands and styles. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the fit of any garment until it has been tried on.
