Product Information
Every effort is made to ensure the descriptions, sizes, colours and prices of our products on the website are correct. All images are representative of the product; however the exact fit of a garment may vary from that shown. There may be subtle differences in the colour of products displayed depending on the colour/contrast/brightness settings of the device that you are using. We reserve the right to refuse orders where information and/or prices have been incorrectly entered on our website. All goods offered on the website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
General
You are responsible for ensuring that details of your account and password are kept confidential and secure. If you believe these have been compromised please contact us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
When you submit an order to us we will confirm that your order has been placed. A contract between us is not formed until we accept your order by confirming by email that your items have been dispatched.
All goods remain the property of Evotex until full, cleared payment has been received.
Delivery
Your order will be processed upon receipt of cleared payment, and items will usually be dispatched within one working day. Only one postage charge is applied per order.
We offer a range of delivery options to ensure that your order arrives as efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery timescales based on the service selected can be viewed prior to placing an order. The majority of UK orders are delivered within 4 working days, but please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. The majority of orders shipped outside the UK are delivered within 10 working days, but please allow 15 working days for your order to arrive (working days include Monday to Friday, but not Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).
If guaranteed delivery is required before a specific date please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout. All other services offer an estimated delivery date only.
We will endeavour to dispatch your complete order in a single package. It may be necessary for us to split orders at our discretion due to postal service dimension/weight restrictions or stock availability. If your order is dispatched in multiple packages there will be no additional charge to you.
We may merge separate orders into a single package, subject to orders being processed at the same time, where specific conditions are met for each order. All orders must contain the same delivery name, delivery address, postcode and delivery service.
Your items will be sent in plain packaging. We are required to display a return address, which is shown as 'Evotex Trading'.
We are required by law to declare the correct value of all packages which are shipped to destinations outside the European Union. These packages may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Unfortunately we have no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance and these must be borne by you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned items after 30 days.
Items must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received them (unworn, with packaging and labels intact, and not marked by make up, deodorant, fragrances or tanning products etc). Please ensure that bottoms have been tried on over existing underwear and hygiene strips remain intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns where items have not been sent back in perfect, resalable condition.
Stockings, tights and bodystockings cannot be returned unless in original sealed packaging.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to purchase an alternative item/size please return your item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order for the required product(s).
For orders shipped to UK/European Union we will refund the cost of your item and the standard delivery charge (Royal Mail Standard, International Standard Airmail) under the European Consumer Rights Directive. Upgraded delivery services (Royal Mail Express, Royal Mail Special Delivery, International Tracked) are non-refundable.
For orders shipped outside the European Union we will refund the cost of your item. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us and for ensuring that goods are delivered back to us safely. We recommend that you use a tracked/insured service and retain your proof of postage until you have confirmation that your package has been delivered to us.
Back Orders
To ensure the efficient delivery of your order we hold all items shown on the website in stock. Occasionally we may be unable to dispatch an item for a variety of reasons (for example if a garment has been incorrectly labelled by the manufacturer or a fault is identified). If we are unable to dispatch an item within 3 working days, you will be notified by email of the estimated dispatch date. If you wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch you will be entitled to a full refund, including any postage charges applied to the order. All orders are taken subject to the availability of stock.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Security
All payments are processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to any card details and do not or share customer financial details with any third parties.
International Customers
We are a UK company. All of the products shown on the website are displayed in UK sizes. Our products are available for shipping to most countries outside the UK (excluding Canada and the United States). All prices are shown in GB Pounds (GBP).
Promotional Codes
We will make promotional codes available periodically to discount products or as part of a special offer. Please enter your code at checkout when placing your order. Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively once your order has been placed. Only one promotional code is permitted per order.
